hakk dem i biter. Tilsett de hakkede grønnsakene til
1/3 av kjøttkraft og kok opp. Kok i 10 minutter.
La grønnsakene og kraften kjøles ned, og miks der-
etter fint
på miksehastighet 2. Kok opp resten av kjøtt-
kraften i en kjele,
tilsett grønnsakspuréen og kok opp
igjen.
Smak til med crème fraîche, salt og pepper.
Strø litt grønt og server.
125 g gulrøtter
100 g selleri
1 løk
1l kjøttkraft
1kopp crème fraîche
eller fløte
1 spiseskje hakkede urter
salt, pepper
Kald tomatsuppe
750 g tomater Skjær opp tomatene i kryss og forvell med varmt
vann. Ta
skinnet av tomatene og skjær dem i store
biter. Skrell løkene
og skjær dem i biter.
Legg tomater og løk i mikseren og miks til en jevn
puré på hastighet 2.
Tilsett sitronsaft, olje og eddik. Smak til med salt,
pepper og sukker. Rør inn crème fraîche.

Kremet gulrotsuppe
500 g gulrøtter Vask og skrell gulrøttene og skjær dem i biter. Kok i
1/4 l grønnsaksbuljong i ca.15 minutter. La det kjøle
en kort stund. Miks på hastighet 2, og hell det til-
bake i kjelen. Tilsett resten av kraften en og varm
opp suppen igjen. Tilsett hvitvin og fløte for smak.
