Visfilet met kaassaus
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 21-25 min.
servies: schaal met deksel (1 liter inhoud)
ondiepe ovale gratinschaal
(ca. 25 cm lang)
ingrediënten
4 visfilets (ca. 800 g)
(bijv. baars, bot of kabeljauw)
2 el citroensap
zout
1 el boter of margarine
1 ui (50 g) gesnipperd
2 el bloem (20 g)
100 ml witte wijn
1 tl plantaardige olie om de schaal in
te vetten
100 g geraspte Emmentaler
2 el gehakte peterselie
1. Vis wassen, droogdeppen en met
citroensap besprenkelen. 15 minuten
laten staan, opnieuw droogdeppen en
met zout inwrijven.
2. De boter over de bodem van de
schaal verdelen. Ui in de schaal doen.
Afdekken en verwarmen.
1-2 min. 900 W
3 Bloem over de ui strooien en
omroeren. Witte wijn toevoegen en
goed roeren.
4. Gratinschaal invetten en de vis erin
leggen. Saus over de vis gieten en
met kaas bestrooien. Op het lage rek
zetten en verwarmen.
1. 7-8 min. 450 W
2. 14-16 min. 450 W
Na het bereiden 2 minuten laten
staan. Voor het serveren met
peterselie bestrooien.
Forel met amandelen
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 16-19 min.
servies: ondiepe ovale gratinschaal (ca.
32 cm lang)
ingrediënten
4 forellen (200 g), schoongemaakt
sap van 1 citroen
zout
30 g boter of margarine
5 el bloem (50 g)
1 tl boter of margarine om de
schaal in te vetten
50 g amandelsnippers
1. Forel wassen, afdrogen en met
citroensap besprenkelen. Van binnen
en van buiten zouten en 15 minuten
laten staan.
2. De boter smelten.
1 min. 900 W
3. De forel afdrogen, met boter
bestrijken en door de bloem rollen.
4. Ovenschaal invetten. Forel erin leggen
en op het lage rek zetten. Na twee
derde van de bereidingstijd de forel
omkeren en de amandelsnippers
erover strooien.
15-18 min. 450 W
Na het bereiden 2 minuten laten
staan.
Tip: lekker met aardappelen met
peterselie en een groene salade.
