Menus and Commands This section summarizes the commands available to you. For more detailed information
about a particular command, refer to the Help.
File Menu The following commands are available from the File menu.

Toolbar Icon Menu Command Description
New Label Set Closes the current label set, prompting you to save the
set if necessary, and opens a new, unnamed label set.
Open Displays the Open File dialog box to select a label set
to open. If the current label set has been modified and
not saved, prompts you to save the changes.
Remembers the last directory accessed by the Open or
Save As command.
Save Saves the current label set to disk. If the current set
has not been saved, uses the Save As command.
Save As Displays the Save File dialog box allowing you to name
the label set prior to saving.
Create Group Adds a new group to the label set with the name New Group.
Rename Group Selects the current group name allowing you to edit
the existing name or enter a new name.
Import Allows you to import label text from a delimited or text
file into a new or existing group in the current label set.
Print Report Prints the label data to the selected printer.
Printer Setup Displays the Printer Setup dialog box and allows
access to the Driver Properties.
Download Downloads the current label set to the ILP219 label printer.
Exit Exits the program. If the current label set has not been
saved, prompts you to save the changes.
