– Sobald die Milch um das Doppelte aufgeschäumt ist, kann mit der
Düse tiefer in die Milch eingetaucht werden. Behälter wieder langsam
auf und ab bewegen
– Nach Erreichen der gewünschten Temperatur (ideal sind 60 °C) die
Dampfzufuhr unterbrechen (Dampf-/Heisswasserventil im Uhrzeiger-
sinn drehen)
– Aufgeschäumte Milch in die vorbereitete Espresso-Tasse geben
– Nach Belieben Zuckern und mit etwas Schokopulver bestreuen
Weitere Cappuccinos zubereiten:
– Vorgang wiederholen
Wichtig: Vor der erneuten Kaffeeausgabe muss zuerst die Boilertem-
peratur reduziert werden (ist noch auf der hohen Dampftemperatur),
da sonst verbrannter Kaffee austritt. Dazu Gefäss unter Brüheinheit
stellen und Hauptschalter nach rechts in die Position «Kaffeeausgabe/
Heisswasser» drehen. Sobald die «OK»-Anzeige nach einigen
Sekunden erlischt, Hauptschalter wieder in die Position «Aufheizen/Be-
reitschaft» zurückdrehen
Achtung: Vorsicht im Umgang mit dem heissen Wasser
9. Nach der Cappuccino-Zubereitung
Aus hygienischen Gründen muss nach jeder Cappuccino-Zubereitung
die Dampfdüse gereinigt werden (s. «Reinigung» auf Seite 18).
