Sobald die Milch um das Doppelte aufgeschäumt ist, kann mit der
Düse tiefer in die Milch eingetaucht werden. Behälter wieder langsam
auf und ab bewegen
Nach Erreichen der gewünschten Temperatur (ideal sind 60 °C) die
Dampfzufuhr unterbrechen (Dampf-/Heisswasserventil im Uhrzeiger-
sinn drehen)
Aufgeschäumte Milch in die vorbereitete Espresso-Tasse geben
Nach Belieben Zuckern und mit etwas Schokopulver bestreuen
Weitere Cappuccinos zubereiten:
Vorgang wiederholen
Wichtig: Vor der erneuten Kaffeeausgabe muss zuerst die Boilertem-
peratur reduziert werden (ist noch auf der hohen Dampftemperatur),
da sonst verbrannter Kaffee austritt. Dazu Gefäss unter Brüheinheit
stellen und Hauptschalter nach rechts in die Position «Kaffeeausgabe/
Heisswasser» drehen. Sobald die «OK»-Anzeige nach einigen
Sekunden erlischt, Hauptschalter wieder in die Position «Aufheizen/Be-
reitschaft» zurückdrehen
Achtung: Vorsicht im Umgang mit dem heissen Wasser
9. Nach der Cappuccino-Zubereitung
Aus hygienischen Gründen muss nach jeder Cappuccino-Zubereitung
die Dampfdüse gereinigt werden (s. «Reinigung» auf Seite 18).
