8. Cappuccino
Mit der Espressomaschine können auch feine Cappuccinos zubereitet
werden. Die Zubereitung erfolgt in zwei Schritten: Zuerst wird ein Espres-
so / Kaffee ausgegeben und anschliessend die Milch aufgeschäumt.
Tipps:
Für die Zubereitung des Milchschaums empfehlen wir teilentrahmte und
kalte Milch. Pro Cappuccino wird dabei rund 1 dl Milch benötigt. Diese
wird am besten in einem möglichst schmalen und hohen Metallgefäss
aufgeschäumt. Das Gefäss darf maximal zu einem Drittel mit Milch gefüllt
sein, da sich das Milchvolumen verdreifacht.
– Espresso in eine möglichst vorgewärmte Tasse ausgeben
– Hauptschalter nach links in die Position «Dampf» drehen, um den
Dampf-Aufheizvorgang zu starten.
Nach ca. 25 Sekunden ist der Aufheizvorgang abgeschlossen und die
«OK»-Anzeige leuchtet auf
– Gefäss mit Milch unter die Dampfdüse halten
– Dampfdüse maximal 5 mm in die Milch eintauchen
– Dampf-/Heisswasserventil langsam aufdrehen (je mehr der Regler
im Gegen-Uhrzeigersinn aufgedreht wird, desto mehr Dampf tritt aus)
Achtung: Vorsicht im Umgang mit dem heissen Dampf
– Gefäss leicht auf und ab bewegen
Wichtig: Düse nur maximal 5 mm in die Milch eintauchen, da sonst
nur die Milch erwärmt wird und kein Schaum entsteht
