3. Branchez l'Espressivo et mettez-le en marche. Le témoin

lumineux de mise sous tension (3) s'allume.

4. Placez les tasses sur la plaque chauffante (1) pour

qu'elles chauffent pendant que vous préparez l'expresso.

5. Le témoin de température (12) s'allumera pendant que

la machine chauffe pour atteindre la température

requise. Quand ce témoin s'éteint, la machine est prête

à l'emploi.

6. Pendant qu'elle chauffe, rassemblez tout ce dont vous

avez besoin (sauf le lait, que vous laissez dans le

réfrigérateur jusqu'au dernier moment): le café moulu

ou les dosettes ESE; la cruche en inox pour faire

mousser le lait; la tasse pour l'expresso; une seconde

tasse (le cas échéant) si vous voulez un café allongé;

enfin, la cuillère à doser/tasser (20). Broyez les grains de

café maintenant, si ce n'est déjà fait.
