Aan de onderzijde van het apparaat bevindt zich een spansysteem, waarmee u wanneer u
hier behoefte aan hebt, de spanning extra kunt verhogen of verminderen: daartoe moet u de
kunststof klemmen naar beneden kantelen, de band aanspannen resp. weer losser maken en dan
de kunststof klemmen weer naar boven kantelen.
Pedaal-lussen instellen
U hebt de mogelijkheid om de grootte van de lussen van de pedalen in te stellen. Schroef daartoe
gewoon de twee kruiskopschroeven van de pedalen los en stel de gewenste afmeting in. Draai
vervolgens de schroeven weer vast.
Oefeningshandleiding
De oefeningen moeten ongeveer 15 tot 20 keer worden herhaald. Houd tussen de
oefeningen een pauze van ca. 1 minuut voor het doen van strekoefeningen.
1. Beenspieren
Plaats het trainingsapparaat op de vloer en ga comfortabel zitten op een
stoel of fauteuil. Voeten in de pedalen en de training van de benen kan
beginnen.
2. Armspieren
Plaats het trainingsapparaat gewoon op de tafel. Handen in de pedalen en
de training van de armen kan beginnen.
Batterij vervangen
1. Om de batterij te vervangen, drukt u op de klep (A) boven op de
computer en haalt u deze uit de hoofdeenheid eruit.
2. Verwijder de oude batterij en vervang deze door een nieuwe
1,5 V-batterij (type AAA resp. LR03). Let daarbij op de juiste
polariteit (+ / –).
3. Plaats de behuizing weer in de hoofdeenheid.
