Lead the connecting cable of the body cooler through
the opening provided.
Finally, position the body cooler onto the side cover so
that the mounting holes in the frame of the body cooler
are in alignment with the holes in the side cover.
Push the threaded fasteners (M8) through the holes
from the outer side and tighten the nuts from the inner
side.
Then plug the connecting cable into the socket on the
underside of the bench.
The body cooler is turned on and off using the right-
hand rocker switch on the console, as detailed in the
section " Operating instructions."
When the body cooler has been installed, the front side
base cover must be installed. Only then can the system
be started up again.
Connecting a 230-volt time-control unit
The six-pronged plug (terminal 2) for the coin box or
external time-control unit is located above the control
circuit on the assembly pan of the control unit.
The connection is described in the following blueprint.
The tanning system is activated by creating a feed
between phase L and the terminal "Zeit" ("time).
Normally a coin box has a floating relay circuit that is
closed during the tanning cycle. This relay circuit in
turn has to be switched between the terminals "L" and
"Zeit".
Connecting time-control units / coin
boxes with remote start capability
During the lead time after the coin box has been
activated, the user can individually start the tanning
cycle. While in standby, the START/STOP key creates a
remote signal that initiates the tanning process. The
tanning system has a floating relay contact which
closes for about 1 second as soon as the START/STOP
key is pushed on a system that is turned off. In this case
the time-control unit can be programmed to start the
tanning process immediately. The receptors for the
remote signal are located on the three-pronged plug
(terminal 7) next to the coin box plug.
