YAOURT NON LAITIER AU SOJA
2 litres de lait de soja
8 cuillères à soupe de yaourt soja nature (non laitier)
Chauffez le lait de soja dans un poêlon jusqu’à une
température de 42-45C. Mesurez la température à l’aide
d’un thermomètre. Ajoutez-y 8 cuillères à soupe de
yaourt soja nature et mélangez bien avec une cuillère
stérile. Mettez le yaourt dans la yaourtière et démarrez
le programme.
Épaissir le yaourt:
Vous remarquerez que la yaourt fait maison sera un peu
plus coulant que le yaourt normal. Afin d’en améliorer la
consistance vous pouvez ajouter une cuillère à soupe de
poudre d’agar. Vous devez la dissoudre dans 50 ml d’eau
et l’ajouter au lait de soja lorsqu’il commence à bouillir.
Vous pouvez aussi utiliser de l’amidon de maïs ou de
l’arrow-root comme épaississant. Ajoutez 2 cuillères
à café d’amidon dans 30 ml d’eau froide et ajoutez ce
mélange au lait de soja en remuant pendant la cuisson.
YAOURT AU CHOCOLAT – CAFÉ - CARAMEL
- VANILLE
2 litres de lait froid
2 petits pots de yaourt nature ou 2 sachets de
cultures de yaourt
6 cuillères à soupe de poudre de chocolat / extrait de
café / morceaux de caramel / extrait de vanille
Versez le chocolat dans un bol. Ajoutez lentement 1 tasse
de lait tiède tout en remuant. Ajoutez ensuite le yaourt
ou les cultures de yaourt et mélangez à fond. Versez
le lait froid restant au mélange tout en continuant à
remuer. Versez le mélange dans les petits pots, mettez
dans la yaourtière et choisissez le programme souhaité.
