HANDLEIDING
Plaats 2 batterijen Mignon AA of UM-3 1.5 V. Let op, het toestel wordt geleverd zonder batterijen !
Het scherm licht automatisch op zodra u begint te roeien.
Selecteer de verschillende functies via de ‘HOME’ toets.
Selecteer ‘SCAN’ voor een automatische weergave van elke functie met een 5 seconden interval.
RESET: druk op de ‘HOME’ toets gedurende 3 seconden om alle waarden te wissen.
Bij het wisselen van de batterijen toont de console de klokfunctie.
Programmeer de tijd met de ‘HOME’ toets, en bevestig door deze gedurende 5 seconden ingedrukt te houden.
SCAN Scanweergave met 5 seconden interval.
TIME Totale oefentijd.
SPEED Snelheid in km/u.
DISTANCE Totale afstand.
Calorie Geschat Kalorieverbruik. Let wel: dit is een standaard, niet-geijkte waarde.
Count Totaal aantal roeibewegingen.
RPM Aantal roeibewegingen per minuut.
