OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS COMPUTER
Insert 2 batteries AAA or UM–4 1.5 V (Batteries are not included).
The display will automatically show data read-out when you start rowing.
Press the HOME-button to select the parameters to be shown in the main display.
Press until ‘SCAN’ pops up, and the console will scan each parameter with a 5 sec interval.
RESET: hold the HOME-button for 3 seconds.
When changing the batteries, the console will display the clock function.
Press the HOME button to program the time, hold for 5 seconds to confirm.
SCAN Displays different functions with 5 seconds interval.
TIME Total Work-out time.
SPEED Current speed in km/h.
DISTANCE Total distance.
CALORIE Approximate calorie burn. This value strictly is a random indication and cannot be used as standard reference.
COUNT Total stroke counts.
RPM Counts/minute.
