Horno para minimagdalena/mollete
Magdalenas fáciles
Ingredientes:
2 1/4 tazas de harina multipropósito
1 1/3 taza de azúcar
3 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/2 taza de mantequilla
1 taza de leche
1 cucharadas de vainilla
2 huevos grandes
Preparación:
1. Combine la harina, el azúcar, el polvo de hornear y la sal en un tazón
de mezcla grande. Agregue la mantequilla, la leche y la vainilla. Bata
durante 1 minuto a velocidad media. Raspe los costados del tazón
con una espátula. Agregue huevos a la mezcla. Bata durante 1 minuto
a velocidad media. Raspe el tazón de nuevo. Bata a alta velocidad
durante un minuto y medio hasta que esté bien mezclado.
2. Precaliente el Horno para minimagdalenas hasta que la luz de "listo"
se encienda. Coloque recipientes de papel en los compartimentos
para magdalena o engrase los compartimentos.
3. Con una cuchara, coloque la masa en los recipientes de papel hasta
que estén a 1/2 o 2/3 partes de su capacidad. Cocínelos durante
alrededor de 5 minutos o hasta que el mondadientes insertado en el
centro salga limpio. Sáquelos y deje que se enfríen. Después de que
las magdalenas estén por completo frías, espárzales su glaseado
favorito o decórelas como desee.
Magdalenas de mantequilla de
cacahuate de chocolate
Ingredients:
2 1/4 tazas de harina multipropósito
1 1/2 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de mantequilla de cacahuate cremosa
3 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 cucharadita de sal
1/8 cucharadita de bicarbonato
3 cucharadas de cacao para cocinar
1 1/4 tazas de leche 2%
1 cucharadas de vainilla
3 huevos grandes
Preparación:
1. Combine todos los ingredientes en un tazón de mezcla grande.
Mezcle a baja velocidad durante 30 segundos mientras raspa el
tazón. Mezcle a alta velocidad durante 3 minutos y raspe el tazón
cada minuto.
2. Coloque recipientes de papel en los compartimentos para magdalena
o la masa con una cuchara directamente en los compartimientos
engrasados.
3. Precaliente el Horno para minimagdalenas hasta que la luz de
"listo" se encienda.
