Horno para minimagdalena/mollete
Magdalenas de terciopelo rojo
Ingredientes:
2 1/2 tazas de harina multipropósito
2 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de cacao para cocinar (en polvo)
1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
1/4 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
2 panes de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente
5 huevos grandes
1 taza de suero de leche (ver nota al final)
1 cucharadas de vainilla
1 cucharadita de colorante comestible rojo
Preparación:
1. Combine la harina, el cacao, el polvo de hornear, el bicarbonato y la
sal en un tazón de mezcla. Tamice los ingredientes secos tres veces.
Bata la mantequilla y el azúcar hasta que estén ligeras y esponjosas.
Agregue de a un huevo y asegúrese de batir bien después de agregar
cada huevo. Agregue 1/4 de ingredientes secos a la mezcla batida,
luego alrededor de 1/4 de suero de leche y alterne hasta que estén
bien mezclados. Agregue la vainilla y el colorante comestible y
mézclelos.
2. Precaliente el Horno para minimagdalenas hasta que la luz de "listo"
se encienda. Coloque recipientes de papel en los compartimentos
para magdalena o la masa con una cuchara directamente en los
compartimientos engrasados.
3. Cocínelos durante 5 minutos o hasta que las magdalenas se
doren. Quítelas y deje que se enfríen. Después de que las
magdalenas estén por completo frías, espárzales su glaseado
favorito o decórelas como desee.
