The effective achievable distance between the transmitter and
receiver in normal operation therefore depends very much on the
installation site and its environment. Generally, if installed e.g. in a
single-family house, faultless operation of all components should be
possible without any problem for radio reception.
Under certain circumstances (e.g. any type of high-frequency
interference), faults can occur in the radio transmission between
the receiver and the transmitter, during which it will not be possible
to switch the device on or off. In this case, disconnect the device
briefly from the power supply and then plug it back in.
Connection of devices
Please ensure that you read the following information carefully,
before using the remote sockets.
Remote socket (Model: GT-FSI-06-UK)
All devices and consumers with a supply voltage of 240 V~, 50 Hz
and a nominal amperage of up to 13 amperes, can be connected to
the remote socket, this corresponds to a total output of max. 3120 W.
Note:
The sockets of your remote sockets are equipped with an
integrated child safety lock, which largely prevents undesired access
to conductive parts. When connecting plugs, pay attention to the
simultaneous insertion of the plug pins.
Performance features
Inserting / changing batteries
Remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote
control by simply sliding it open.
Insert the battery of the type Alkaline A23 / 12V into the battery
compartment. Pay attention to the correct polarity (see diagram).
Slide the battery compartment cover shut and press any button on
the remote control. If the battery has been correctly inserted, the
control lamp will flash each time a button is pressed.
If you do not use the remote control for longer periods of time, you
should remove the battery in order to avoid leakage.
Never recharge batteries! Explosion hazard!
Keep batteries away from children, do not throw into fire, short
circuit or dismantle.
Clean battery and device contacts prior to insertion, if required.
Immediately remove depleted battery from the device! Increased
leakage hazard!
Do not expose batteries to any extreme conditions, e.g. on
radiators! Increased leakage hazard!
Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. When
coming into contact with battery acid, immediately rinse the
affected areas with plenty of clear water and immediately contact a
physician.
Immediately contact a doctor, if a battery should be swallowed.
