Inspectie en reparatie

Maximaalthermostaat

Weerstandswaarde tussen K6 pin 8 en 10

Beneden de 80 °C dient:

• het contact gesloten te zijn

• R < 1 Ω

Is dit niet het geval controleer dan de bedrading of vervang de Maximaalthermostaat.

Boven de 105 °C dient:

• het contact geopend te zijn

• R = ∞.

Is dit niet het geval vervang dan de Maximaalthermostaat.

Gasregelblok

Weerstandswaarde van het gasregelblok, de Honywell VR 4605, tussen K6 pin 6 en 8:

• R = 1 - 1,5 kΩ

Is dit niet het geval controleer dan de bedrading. Is deze in orde vervang dan het gasregelblok.

Driewegklep

Weerstandswaarde van de driewegklep, de Erie 679 220/240Vac, tussen K7 pin 1 en4:

• R = 2500 ± 500 Ω

Is dit niet het geval controleer dan de bedrading. Is deze in orde vervang dan driewegklep.

Ventilator

Weerstandswaarde van de ventilatormotorwikkeling, type RG 148/1200, tussen K8 pin 1 en 5:

• R = 123 ± 10 Ω

Is dit niet het geval vervang dan de ventilator.
