Inspectie en reparatie

LET OP!

Voor u gaat meten:

• neem de lichtnetsteker

uit de wandcontactdoos,

• zet u universeel- of

ohmmeter in de stand

'weerstand meten',

• neem de betreffende

draadboomconnector uit de

regelunit [2.1],

• meet op de draad-

boomconnector,

zie figuur 7.

Selectieweerstand

Meetwaarde tussen K4 pin 6 en 7:

• Combifort® 24/80; R = 825 Ω ± 1%

• Combifort® 24/80plus; R = 1180 Ω ± 1%

• Combifort® 32/80; R = 931 Ω ± 1%

• Combifort® 32/80plus; R = 1050 Ω ± 1%

8.4 ELEKTRISCHE WEERSTANDSMETINGEN NETSPANNINGSGROEP

Algemeen

De elektrische component met daaraan gekoppeld de bedrading kan vanuit de draadboom-

connector op weerstand gecontroleerd worden. Een eventuele bedradingsfout of defect

component kan op deze wijze opgespoord worden.

Verklaring toegepaste symbolen

• R weerstand

• Ω ohm

• kΩ kilo ohm (x 103)

• MΩ mega ohm (x 106)

• < kleiner dan

• > groter dan

• ∞ oneindige weerstand

Cv-pomp

Weerstandswaarde van de cv-pomp tussen K5 pin 1 en 3 (de schakelaar van de pomp dient in

stand 3 te staan):

• bij 20°C; 350 ± 30 Ω

• bij 90°C; 450 ± 30 Ω

Is dit niet het geval controleer dan de bedrading. Is deze in orde vervang dan de cv-pomp.

Ontstekingstrafo

Weerstandswaarde van de ontstekingstrafo tussen K6 pin 6 en 12:

• R > 100 kΩ < 2 MΩ

Is dit niet het geval controleer dan de bedrading. Is deze in orde vervang dan de ontsteektrafo.

Ionisatie-elektrode

Meetwaarde tussen K6 pin 3 en 11:

• R > 10 MΩ

Indien de weerstandswaarde lager is vervang dan de ionisatiepen.

Ionisatie-elektrode t.o.v. aarde

Meetwaarde tussen K6 pin 3 en aarde

• R max = 1 Ω

Indien de weerstandswaarde hoger is controleer dan de bedrading
