by their hubs.
To chop hard foods, remove the small pusher, press
and
then slide the food through the opening. Small pieces of food
can be added whole. Cut other food into 3 cm pieces.
To chop fresh herbs and aromatic herbs, the bowl and the blade
should be perfectly clean and dry. Cut the stems o and use only
the leafy parts.
Place the herbs in the bowl and press
several times, until the
herbs are chopped enough. If dried well before being chopped,
aromatic herbs can be kept 4 to 5 days in the refrigerator.

B. Slicing and Shredding
To slice average sized round fruit and vegetables like apples or
onions, cut the ends so that the fruit or vegetable can lie at on
the disc.
Select fruit or vegetables that are rm and not too ripe.
Remove the core and seeds or stones before slicing.
Fill the crescent-moon shaped feed tube according to the
desired result.
For long slices or strips, cut the food lengthwise equal to
the length of the feed tube and t the pieces into the tube
horizontally.
Do not exceed the MAX level indicated on the lid. To cut into
rounds (carrots, cucumbers and other long vegetables), cut the
food to the height of the tube and place the pieces vertically.
IMPORTANT
Make sure you don’t ll the chute too tightly to avoid blocking the
pusher. Do not press the pusher too rmly so as not to damage the
appliance. To shred or slice soft fruits or vegetables, like bananas,
mushrooms, strawberries or tomatoes, press very lightly so as to
avoid squashing these.
Always use the pusher to shred or slice foods.
