RDS (RADIO DATA SERVICE)
Insieme ai programmi, alcune stazioni radio FM
trasmettono testo RDS (Radio Data Service). Il testo
identificativo della stazione viene visualizzato nei
primi 8 caratteri della riga inferiore e generalmente
non cambia. Il testo descrittivo viene visualizzato sulla
riga superiore. Può descrivere il format della stazione
o mostrare il titolo del brano e il nome dell'artista.
Testo CD
I CD audio odierni includono del testo descrittivo
memorizzato con i programmi audio. Il Radio CD è
in grado di decodificare e visualizzare questo testo.
Informazioni di testo ID3 dei file MP3
I file MP3 scaricati da Internet possono contenere
informazioni di testo ID3. Tali informazioni possono
essere aggiunte ai file MP3, creati da una sorgente
audio non compressa. Il Radio CD è in grado di
visualizzare questo testo quando presente nei file
MP3. In assenza delle informazioni di testo ID3,
il Radio CD visualizzerà il nome del file.
Scelta della visualizzazione del testo
Il menu JOG (Impostazione rapida) dispone di
intestazioni separate per il testo RDS e per il
testo DISCO che consentono di scegliere tra la
visualizzazione mobile o statica del testo o nessuna
visualizzazione.
