LOW BATTERIES SIGNAL:
The built-in computer measures the level of charge of the batteries and generates a signal when the value becomes critical by causing both
the red and green lights to illuminate when the door is opened (rather than only the green led that illuminates when the batteries
are OK).
From the time that the warning signal first appears you can open and close the safe about 50 times before the batteries are completely
flat.
At this point it is
essential
to change the batteries.
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS:
The electronic components of the safe are selected for their high reliability. However, it is important to avoid contact with water, plaster,
cement, etc. or they could suffer irreparable damage.
CHANGING THE BATTERIES:
Replace all the batteries (four 1.5 V alkaline batteries) at the same time to ensure correct operation. The personal code will remain stored
in the memory even when the batteries have been removed so there is no need to reprogram it after the batteries have been changed.
When you have installed the new batteries lock and unlock the safe several times with the door open to check that the batteries are
properly connected.
EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY:
If you need to connect the safe to an external power supply, exclusively use the lead supplied with the safe and connect it to
a 9V alkaline battery. Remove the plastic plug covering the socket at the top right hand part of the keypad and connect the cable. Using
other types of external power supply can cause serious damage to the built-in computer.

Make sure that the door is not being forced outward by the contents
of the safe.
Connect to an external power supply with new batteries before
trying to open the safe.
Check the battery connection and polarity.
Check that you are following the procedure described on the

Note that in order to store a personal code number it must be ped
twice in succession, the first time to set the code, the second time
as a confirm (see instructions).
If the problem persists check the batteries and renew them if
