Step 6:

Installation of the right footrest (17R) on the right footrest holder

(28R) and the left footrest (17L) on the left footrest holder (28R) with

the carriage bolts (16), the washers (31), spring washer (32) and the

Handgrip nuts (33) and plastic covers (14+15).

1. Push the right footrest (17R) onto the footrest holder (28R). Adjust the

holes in the parts so that they are aligned.

2. Push the screws (16) from above through the holes. Push on a washer

(31) and spring washer (32) from the opposite side, screw on a handgrip

nut (33) and tighten ﬁ rmly.

3. Install the left footrest (17L) on the footrest holder (28L) as described in

1. – 2. (Note: The right and left footrests can be discerned by the edges of

the longitudinal sides of the footrests. The high edges of the footrests (17R)

and (17L) must point inwards (towards the main frame.))

4. Mount plastic cover set (15) to both side front end pedal bar (28) and

secure with 2 screws (46) for each side..

5. Mount plastic cover set (14) to both side bottom end of connecting tube

(12) and secure with screw (60) for each side.

Step 7:

Attach the computer (1) and hand grip bar (5) at support (81).

1. Put the plug of middle section motor cable (78) into the socket from

monitor (1) backside.

2. Attach the monitor (1) to top monitor bracket of front post (81) with screws

(26). (Attention: Ensure that the cable loom are not crunched or pinched

during installation.)

3. Insert the plug of hand pulse wire (3) to the jack of the monitor (1)

backside.

4. Place the hand grip bar (5) against the support (81) so that the holes are

aligned. Push a washer (29) onto each screw (66) and push them through

the holes and tighten the handgrip bar (5) ﬁ rmly.

Step 8:

Attach the power

1. Please insert the plug of adaptor (87) to the jack of chain guard.

2. Please insert the adaptor (87) to the jack of wall power (230V/50Hz).

Step 9:

Checks

1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and plug

connections. Installation is thereby complete.

2. When everything is in order, familiarise yourself with the machine at a low

resistance setting and make your individual adjustments.

Note:

Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe place as these may

be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming necessary later.
