When turned on, the display with emit 3 beep sounds as all LCD dis-
plays light up. Aer that, you can choose the user U0-U3. You can en-
ter personally data for 4 dierent persons. User data U1-U3 will keep
in memory, but U0 data will not keep in memory, so only for guest use.
If you have already entered the personally data, choose your user pro-
le and start your exercise by press a desired program-key.

To enter personally data choose one of the user prole U1-U3 and en-
ter with pressing “F”-key. The text window will display “SLECT AGE”
3 seconds, meanwhile “20” will ash so Age can be adjusted using
“+” or “–“ -key, press “F”-key to save value & move to next data. The
text window will display ‘SELECT GENDER” 3 seconds, meanwhile of
„Female„ will ash so Gender can be adjusted using “+” or “–“ -key,
press “F”-key to save gender & move to next data. The text window will
display “SELECT WEIGHT” 3 seconds, meanwhile 70” of Weight will
ash so weight can be adjusted to use “+” or “–“ -key, press “F”-key to
save value & move to next data. The text window will display “SELECT
HEIGHT” 3 seconds, meanwhile “ 175 “of Height will ash so Height can
be adjusted to use “+” or “–“ -key, press “F”-key to save value

Aer power-up and choosing a user prole (U0-U3) use one of the
PROGRAMM keys to select your favorite exercise program. Then the
text window will display the desired program by scrolling 3 seconds.
 The language of scrolling text window you can change into
German or English language by pressing + and – key at the same me
for 3 seconds.
 When there is no signal or data input for 4 minutes, the machine
will enter sleep mode. Pedaling the machine or key selecon will wake-
up the computer.

Workout can be break by pressing “L/Pause”- key. Workout will con-
nue when “L/Pause”- key is pressed again.

Quick Start- (SCHNELLSTART), Manual- (MANUELL), User-(INDIVIDU-
AL), Interval- (INTERVALL), Wa- (WATT), HRC- (ZIELPULS), Test- (TEST),
BMI-BMR-FAT- (BMI-BMR-FETT), Mountain- (BERG) program. Aer that
the text window will display „Start Pedaling“ (TRETEN BEGINNEN) or
„Press Mode“ (Modus Drücken) press “F”- key to set data by scrolling,
it will be varied depend on dierent programs.


To input desired value or workout mode. May advance ashing prompt
to next parameter or mode for selecon.

Break & Resume workouts. (A stop icon will show during break situa-
on.) Back up to the previous prompt during data entry. Operates only
when in pause mode. Holding key for 3 seconds will reset computer to
power-up condion.

Decrease value of selected workout parameter: TIME, DISTANCE, etc.
During the workout, it will decrease the resistance load.

Increases value of selected workout parameter. During the workout, it
will increase the resistance load.

Aer selecng desired workout mode: Quick Start, Manual, User Pro-
gram, Interval Program, Wa Program, HRC Program, Test Program,
BMI-BMRFATT Program, Mountain Program may pre-set several work-
out parameters for desired results.

Aer workout or during workout press Test -key and Recovery Mea-
surement will start. Recovery is Fitness Level 1-6 aer 1 minute. (This
funcon exists only, if you did an exercise before with pulse measure-
ment.)
    

 Some parameters are not adjustable in certain programs.
Once a program has been selected, pressing “F”- key, the text window
will display “Select Time” 3 seconds then display “PRESS MODE TO AC-
CEPT” (Modus Drücken). At the same me “0:00“of me parameter
will ash. Using “+” or “–“ - key you may select desired me value.
Press “F”- key to input value. Flashing prompt will move to the next pa-
rameter. Connue use of Connue use of “+” or “–“ - key to select de-
sired value then press “F”- key to input value. Aer nished of seng
workout parameters, the text window will display “START PEDALING”
(Treten beginnen) by scrolling. User can start the workout by starng
pedaling.


