3.3.4 Herzfrequenzprogramme
⚠ WARNUNG
Ihr Trainingsgerät ist kein medizinisches Gerät. Die Herzfrequenzmessung dieses Geräts kann
ungenau sein. Verschiedenste Faktoren können die Genauigkeit der Herzfrequenzanzeige
beeinussen. Die Herzfrequenzanzeige dient lediglich als Trainingshilfe.
1. Es gibt zwei Herzfrequenzprogramme: HP1 mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 10 km/h
und HP2 mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 12 km/h. Zur Übertragung der Herzfrequenz
empfehlen wir das Tragen eines Brustgurtes mit Herzfrequenzsender. Die Handpulssensoren
sollten Sie während des Training nicht umfassen.
2. Um diese Programme auszuwählen, drücken Sie die Prog Taste, bis das Programm angezeigt
wird. Drücken Sie nun Mode, um Ihre Zielherzfrequenz einzugeben. Folgende Tabelle kann
Ihnen als Orientierung dienen:
