Alarme
Maximum Alarme sind optional. Bei Alarmen ertönt beim Erreichen eines von Ihnen
gesetzten Wertes ein Alarmton. Das kann beim Training sehr nützlich sein, wir
empfehlen, allerdings nur einen oder zwei auf einmal zu benutzen.
Wenn ein Alarm ausgelöst wird, ertönt ein Signalton und es erscheint eine visuelle
Anzeige auf dem Display, um anzuzeigen welcher der maximale vier Alarme ausgelöst
wurde: Puls, Schläge pro Minute (SPM), Zeit/500m oder Watt.
HERZFREQUENZ 30 – 220 bpm (in 1 bpm Schritten)
SPM 15 – 60 SPM (in 1 SPM-Schritten)
ZEIT/500M 01:00 – 9:55 Minuten und Sekunden (in 5 Sekunden Schritten)
WATT 10 – 995 Watt (in 5 Watt Schritten)
Um alle Alarme zu überspringen, drücken Sie die START Taste. Um einen Alarm zu
überspringen, drücken Sie die ENTER Taste. Wählen Sie einen Alarm mit den SELECT
Tasten aus und drücken ENTER zur Bestätigung.
