Wijzig afdrukinstellingen)
Documenten die in gebruikerspostbussen
zijn opgeslagen, kunnen op elk gewenst
moment worden afgedrukt. Onderstaand
treft u een toelichting aan op de
functies die u kunt gebruiken wanneer u
documenten afdrukt. Voor meer informatie
over deze procedure volgt u de verwijzingen naar
andere handleidingen.
Om handiger functies te gebruiken, drukt u op [Speciale
functies] voor toegang tot het scherm met speciale
functies.
* De cijfers in de illustraties verwijzen naar de bedieningsstappen.
Om een proefafdruk te maken
Kopieer- en Postbushandleiding
Hoofdstuk 2
Scherm Wijzig afdr. instellingen
Om een set af te
drukken, drukt u op [Alle
pagina's]. Om alleen de
aangegeven pagina's af
te drukken, drukt u op
[Aangegeven pagina's].
De set of de aangegeven
pagina's wordt of worden
afgedrukt zodra u op
[Start afdruk.] drukt. Om
de instellingen te wijzigen
nadat u de proefafdruk
heeft gecontroleerd, drukt
u op [Wijzig instellingen].
Als u een andere voorbeeldafdruk wilt maken,
drukt u op [Voorbeeldafdruk]. Dit stelt u in staat
te controleren of de aangegeven wijzigingen zijn
doorgevoerd.
Om de resterende sets af te drukken,
drukt u op [Start afdrukken].

[Voorbeeldafdruk] selecteert.
Druk op [Gereed]
nadat de instellingen
zijn bewerkt.
