Wat u met deze machine kunt doen (Scan

scherm)

De postbusfunctie stelt u in staat grote

documenten te scannen en ze in de

machine op te slaan en te beheren.

Onderstaand treft u een toelichting

aan op de basisprocedure voor het

scannen en opslaan van documenten

in gebruikerspostbussen. Voor meer informatie over

deze procedure volgt u de verwijzingen naar andere

handleidingen.

Om handiger modi te gebruiken, drukt u op [Speciale

functies] voor toegang tot het scherm met speciale

functies.

* De cijfers in de illustraties verwijzen naar de bedieningsstappen.

Hoofdstuk 2

Scherm Scannen

Wanneer u de documenten zo wilt rangschikken

dat u weet wat elk document bevat, is het handig

de documenten namen te geven. U kunt dan ook

snel zien welk document u afdrukt. De naam van

een document kan op een later tijdstip eenvoudig

worden gewijzigd.

Om een dubbelzijdig document te scannen

Selecteer het type origineel. Om ze te scannen, plaatst u

dubbelzijdige documenten in de

aanvoer.
