3 System Connections Connecting the Cables
36
Standing Up the Camera Head
Before connecting the camera head to a power source and network and
checking the operation of the system, stand the camera head upright. To
do so, attach the optional base plate to the camera head (A 41), or
perform a provisional installation at the shooting location (A 44).
Connecting a Power Source and Network
After connecting the robotic camera system to a power source, connect the camera head to the control PC. If necessary,
connect the system and an FTP server to a closed network, using static IP addresses for all network connections.
Power sources that can be used
Connection Power supply specifications
DC IN 24V terminal
3-pin XLR plug (female connector), 24 V to 28 V DC, 8 A or higher (acceptable maximum
load current)
Connectors for outdoor (water resistant) installations
Make sure to use the following connectors for the power and LAN cables.
