Removing the Fabric from the Machine
1. Stop the machine.
2. Turn the balance wheel toward you (counterclockwise) to bring the
needle and thread take-up lever to their highest position.
3. Lift the presser foot and pull the fabric out gently to the left side.
4. Cut both threads using the thread cutter located on the back of the
presser foot bar.

5. To prepare the machine for the next seam, pull about 10 cm (4") of
thread through the toes of the presser foot toward the back of the
machine.
Sewing on Very Thin Fabric
An underlay of thin paper will act as a stablizer and will help to elimi-
nate skipped stitches and fabric puckering when sewing on very thin
fabric.

5. Pour préparer la machine pour la couture suivante, faire passer
environ10 cm de fil entre les branches du pied-de-biche, vers lar-
rière de la machine.
Les tissus très légers
Utiliser une fine feuille de papier pour les stabiliser, ce qui éliminera
les points manqués et empêchera le tissu très fin de se froncer.

Cómo coser tela muy delgada
Un papel delgado debajo de la tela le permitirá estabilizarla y le ayu-
dará a evitar que se salten puntadas o que se produzcan fruncidos
al coser en tejidos muy finos.

quina.

Um forro de papel fino atuará como um estabilizador e auxiliará a eliminar
saltos de pontos e enrugamentos de tecido quando se costura em materiais
muito finos.
