Luchtverdeelsysteem/ Air Distribution System/ Luftverteilersystems/ Systéme de répartition d‘air

Der Luftverteiler für sowohl die Zuluft als auch für die Abluft ist iden-

tisch. Dieser Luftverteiler ist je nach der Zahl der benötigten Luftan-

schlüsse in verschiedenen Ausführungen erhältlich. Es gibt eine Aus-

führung mit 5, 10 oder 15 Anschlüssen für den Luftverteilerschlauch

50 x 100 mm und eine Ausführung mit 4 oder 8 Anschlüssen für einen

Luftverteilerschlauch 60 x 130 mm. Je nach der Ausführung ist auch

der Stutzendurchmesser unterschiedlich (ø125, ø150 oder ø180 mm).

Die Luftverteiler werden aus 1 mm verzinktem Stahlblech gefertigt und

sind schallgedämmt. Durch Austausch der Platte, in die die Verteiler-

schrankstutzen eingebaut sind, sowie der Abdichtkappe des Luftver-

teilers lässt sich die Ausführung des Luftverteilers an die Aufstellungs-

bedingungen anpassen, siehe § 2.9 (bei den Schlauchabmessungen

50 x 100) und § 2.10 (bei den Schlauchabmessungen 60 x 130).

Für die Wandmontage des Luftverteilers wird ein Montagesatz mitge-

liefert, der u.a. vier Winkelhalterungen enthält; diese Halterungen kön-

nen je nach der Aufstellung am Luftverteiler festgeschraubt werden.

Der Luftverteiler kann dann an der Wand befestigt werden. Die Luft-

verteiler werden einschließlich eines oder mehrerer vom Installateur

1.3.1 Luchtverdelers Manifolds

Luftverteiler Répartiteurs d'air

De luchtverdeler voor zowel de toevoer- als de afvoerlucht zijn gelijk.

Deze luchtverdeler is afhankelijk van het aantal benodigde luchtaan-

sluitingen in verschillende uitvoeringen verkrijgbaar. Er is een uitvoe-

ring met 5-, 10- of 15 aansluitingen voor luchtverdeelslang 50 x 100

mm en een uitvoering met 4 of 8 aansluitingen voor een luchtverdeel-

slang 60 x 130 mm. Afhankelijk van de uitvoering is ook de aansluitdi-

ameter verschillend (ø125, ø150 of ø180 mm).

De luchtverdelers worden vervaardigd uit 1 mm verzinkt plaatstaal en

zijn akoestisch geïsoleerd. Door omwisseling van de plaat waarin de

verdeelkastaansluitingen zijn gemonteerd en de afdichtplaat van de

luchtverdeler is de uitvoering van de luchtverdeler aan te passen aan

de opstellingssituatie, zie § 2.9 (bij slangafmeting 50 x 100) en § 2.10

(bij slangafmeting 60 x 130).

T.b.v. het monteren van de luchtverdeler aan de wand word een mon-

tageset meegeleverd welke o.a. vier haakse bevestigingsbeugels be-

vat; deze beugels kunnen afhankelijk van de opstelling aan de lucht-

verdeler worden geschroefd. De luchtverdeler kan dan aan de wand

of vloer worden bevestigd. De luchtverdelers worden geleverd inclu-

The manifolds for supply and exhaust air are the same. This manifold

LVDYDLODEOHLQYDULRXVYHUVLRQVGHSHQGLQJRQWKHUHTXLUHGQXPEHURI

air connections. There is a version with 5, 10 or 15 connections for air

distribution duct 50 x 100 mm and a version with 4 or 8 connections

for air distribution duct 60 x 130 mm. The connection sizes also differ

dependent on the version (ø125, ø150 or ø180 mm).
