Eierspeisen / Piatti a base di uova
Krabbenomelette mit
Rosmarinkartoffeln
(für zwei Dampfkörbe)
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
800 g Kartoffeln
1 EL frischer Rosmarin
1 EL Petersilie
8 Eier
2 EL Milch
200 g Krabben
Salz, Pfeffer
Flüssigkeitsmenge im Bodengefäß:
maximale Füllstandsmarkierung

Die Kartoffeln waschen, schälen und in
Scheiben schneiden. Rosmarin waschen.
Petersilie waschen und hacken – im Zer -
kleinerer eines Braun Küchengerätes ist
das in Sekundenschnelle gemacht.
2.
Mit einem Rührgerät – wie dem Braun
MultiMix – die Eier mit der Milch schaumig
verquirlen. Mit Petersilie, Salz und Pfeffer
würzen und gut unterrühren.
3.
Dann die Kartoffeln in den Dampfkorb
legen. Großzügig Rosmarin darüber streuen.
4.
Die Krabben in die Reisschale füllen
und die Eimasse darüber gießen. Beide
Dampfkörbe in das Gerät einsetzen: den
Dampfkorb mit den Kartoffeln unten, die
Reisschale in den Dampfkorb darüber stel-
len. Zusammen 30 Minuten garen.
5.
Nach der Garzeit das Krabben omelette
portionieren, mit einem Pfannen heber auf
vorgewärmte Teller heben. Die Rosmarin -
kartoffeln dazu servieren.
Ein leichtes Mittag- oder Abendessen, das
Feinschmeckermaßstäben voll entspricht –
im Braun MultiGourmet einfach und perfekt
gemacht.
Omelette ai gamberi
con patate al rosmarino
(con due vaschette di cottura)
(per 4 persone)
800 g di patate
1 cucchiaio di rosmarino fresco
1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo
8 uova
2 cucchiai di latte
200 g di gamberi
sale, pepe
Quantità di acqua da versare nella base:
fino al livello massimo

Lavate le patate, sbucciatele e taglia-
tele a fette. Lavate il rosmarino. Lavate il
prezzemolo e tritatelo. Per un’operazione
più veloce potete utilizzare l’accessorio
tritatutto di Braun Multimix.
2.
Sbattete le uova ed il latte, insaporite
con gli aromi e mescolate il tutto. Anche in
questo caso utilizzando Braun Multimix si
ha un risultato più omogeneo, impiegando
un tempo inferiore.
3.
Mettete le patate nella vaschetta per la
cottura a vapore al livello inferiore e
cospargetele con il rosmarino.
4.
Mettete i gamberi nel recipiente per il
riso e versatevi sopra l’uovo. Collocate il
recipiente nella seconda vaschetta che
riporrete sopra quella con le patate; fate
cuocere insieme per 30 minuti.
5.
Dividete l’omelette ai gamberi nelle
porzioni desiderate e prelevatela con
una paletta dal recipiente per il riso.
Disponetela su piatti preriscaldati. Come
contorno servite le patate al rosmarino.
