Blumenkohlgratin mit
Petersilienkartoffeln
(für einen Dampfkorb)
Zutaten für 2 Portionen
400 g Blumenkohl
80 g Emmentaler Käse
400 g kleine Kartoffeln
1 Bund Petersilie
Flüssigkeitsmenge im Bodengefäß:
maximale Füllstandsmarkierung

Petersilie hacken, den Käse reiben –
das geht im Nu, z.B. im Zerkleinerer bzw.
mit dem Universalmesser/der Reib scheibe
einer Braun Küchenmaschine. Blumenkohl
in Röschen teilen und waschen. Kartoffeln
waschen, schälen und halbieren.
2.
Eine Trennwand in den Dampfkorb ein-
setzen. Die Kartoffeln in die eine, den
Blumenkohl in die andere Kammer einfül-
len. Kartoffeln mit Petersilie bestreuen.
Zusammen 30 Minuten garen.
3.
In einer feuerfesten Schale den Blu -
menkohl in der Mitte mit den Kartoffeln in
einem Ring herum anrichten. Den geriebe-
nen Käse über den Blumenkohl streuen.
4.
Kurz in den heißen Backofen bei
200°C stellen, bis der Käse zerlaufen ist.
Heiß servieren.
Dazu paßt gekochter Schinken.
Gratin di cavolfiore con
patate al prezzemolo
(con una vaschetta di cottura)
(per 2 persone)
400 g di cavolfiore
80 g di formaggio Emmenthal
400 g di patate piccole
1 manciata di prezzemolo
Quantità di acqua da versare nella base:
fino al livello massimo

Tritate il prezzemolo e grattugiate il
formaggio. Potete utilizzare l’accessorio
tritatutto di Braun Minipimer. Tagliate a
pezzetti il cavolfiore e lavatelo. Lavate le
patate, pelatele e tagliatele a metà.
2.
Inserite i divisori nella vaschetta per la
cottura a vapore. Mettete le patate in uno
scomparto, cospargendole di prezzemolo,
ed il cavolfiore nell’altro; fate cuocere tutto
insieme per 30 minuti.

Ponete il cavolfiore al centro di un
piatto resistente al calore, guarnendolo con
le patate disposte in cerchio. Cospargete il
cavolfiore con il formaggio grattugiato.
4.
Passate brevemente in forno a 200°C
fino a quando il formaggio sarà sciolto.
Suggerimento: Servite con del prosciutto
cotto.
