8.9 Fin de la vida úl del detector de CO
Cuando el producto alcance el nal de su vida úl (unos 7-10 años), pitará 3 veces
seguidas en intervalos de 60 segundos y el LED amarillo parpadeará.
8.10 Calibración
La calibración únicamente puede ser realizada por profesionales. ¡No calibre us-
ted mismo el aparato en ningún caso!
La calibración se realiza con una concentración de gas de 400 PPM. De este modo
no se reduce la precisión de la unidad. Cada aparato se ha calibrado antes de su
suministro. Pulse el botón "Test/Hush" hasta que se iluminen los 3 LED. Suelte el
botón. Los LED verde y amarillo se apagarán y solo permanecerá encendido el LED
rojo. Esto signica que el modo de calibración estará acvado durante 5 minutos.
Si el aparato no puede medir ninguna concentración de CO en esos 5 minutos, el
modo de calibración acaba de forma automáca. Tras la calibración con monóxido
de carbono, los 3 LED se iluminarán 3 veces. Esto signica que la calibración se ha
realizado correctamente.
Indicación: Este aparato requiere una concentración mínima de
calibración de 250 PPM. Si la concentración es menor, no se sobreescribi-
rán los valores de calibración anteriores.
Si la concentración de CO en la pantalla supera 30 PPM, la unidad aban-
donará el modo de calibración de forma automáca para evitar un fallo
en el funcionamiento. Si acva el modo de calibración sin querer, pulse el
botón "Test/Hush" para desacvarlo.
9. En caso de acvación de la alarma de CO
Salga al aire fresco o abra todas las puertas y ventanas para venlar el área y dejar
salir el monóxido de carbono.
