8.3 Bloquear la alarma
Un vapor fuerte o similares también podrían acvar la alarma. Si se acva la alar-
ma, puede silenciarse el aparato durante unos 2 minutos pulsando el botón "Test/
Hush". En este empo, los LED verde y rojo parpadearán cada 10 segundos y so-
nará un pido. El detector no reaccionará en esos 2 minutos. Si la concentración
de CO sigue siendo peligrosa transcurridos esos 2 minutos, la alarma volverá a
acvarse. De lo contrario, el aparato detendrá la alarma.
8.4 Desbloquear la alarma
Para volver a desbloquear la alarma, pulse el botón "Test/Hush". El detector de
monóxido de carbono volverá a funcionar debidamente, el LED parpadeará cada
50 segundos y la pantalla mostrará el valor PPM actual.
8.5 Función de memoria
Si el aparato detecta un nivel alto de CO y se acva la alarma, pero no hay
nadie en casa, detendrá la alarma cuando los valores vuelvan al rango normal.
La concentración más alta de CO se mostrará cada 15 segundos en la pantalla,
el aparato pitará 2 veces y el LED rojo parpadeará. Pulse el botón "Test/Hush"
para borrar el valor más alto almacenado. El aparato volverá a connuación a su
estado de funcionamiento normal.
8.6 Nivel de las pilas bajo
El detector de monóxido de carbono detecta cuando las pilas están casi vacías
y deben ser sustuidas. El LED rojo parpadeará cada 40 segundos y emirá un
pido. En la pantalla aparecerá el símbolo de una pila. El aparato sigue funcionan-
do sin problemas aun cuando el nivel de las pilas es bajo, sin embargo, debería
sustuirlas lo antes posible.
