Ces tableaux ont été conçus pour des laboratoires d'essai, afin
de leur permettre de contrôler et tester plus facilement les
différents appareils.

Cuisson de pâtisseries
Pour la cuisson sur 2 niveaux, enfourner la plaque à pâtisserie
toujours au-dessus de la lèchefrite.
Biscuiterie dressée : la cuisson des préparations sur des
plaques enfournées en même temps ne sera pas forcément
termie au même moment.
Tourte aux pommes sur 1 niveau : en cas de moules
montables de couleur foncée, les placer côte à côte en les
décalant.
Remarque : Pour la cuisson, réglez d'abord la plus faible des
températures indiquées.
Grillades
Si vous placez les aliments directement sur la grille, enfournez
en plus la chefrite au niveau 1. Elle récupère le liquide et le
four se salit moins.
