6.2 KOCHPLATTEN
• Widmen Sie der Pflege Ihrer Kochplatten besondere Beachtung.
• Um die in Benutzung befindlichen lange vor Korrosion zu schützen, ist es
erforderlich, Verschmutzungen oder angesetztes Überkochgut baldmöglichst
gründlich zu entfernen.
• Nach der feuchten Reinigung mit dem scheuerschwamm oder scheuermittel,
sind die Kochplatten sofort von Resten der Reinigungsmittel zu säubern und
durch kurzes Aufheizen einige Sekunden zu trocknen. Um den schönen
mattdunklen Glanz der Kochplatten zu erhalten, werden sie anschließend
konserviert. Dafür eignen sich handelsübliche Kochplattenpflegemittel oder
reine, salz- und säurefreie fette sowie Maschinenöle.
• Für die Pflege des Edelstahlrandes der Kochplatten ist ein Chrompflegemittel am
besten geeignet. Durch die thermische Belastung beim Kochvorgang kann sich
der Edelstahlrand leicht gelb färben.
• Denken Sie daran, daß auch unbenutzte Kochplatten von Zeit zu Zeit mit o. g.
Pflegemitteln behandelt werden müssen.
6.3 REINIGUNG DES BACKOFENS
• Der Backraum ist mit Keramikemail beschichtet. Zur Reinigung des Backofens
infolge der stark eingebrannten Speisereste empfehlen wir spezielle Reinigungs-
mittel nur für den Backofen.
• Die Mittel zur Backofenreinigung sind stark kaustisch und deshalb sollen sie in
ganz kleinen Mengen, dazu auch sehr vorsichtig laut den Hinweisen des Herstel-
lers verwendet werden.
• Wir empfehlen die Backofentür herauzusnehmen, weil dies die Reinigung
erleichtert.
