Oma’s runderlapjes
met rozijnen en peperkoek
Ouderwets lekker draadjesvlees!
Ingrediënten
1 kg rundersukadelappen
zout en versgemalen peper
75 g boter
4 kleine uien, in ringen
200 ml appelazijn
6 plakken ontbijtkoek, in stukjes
100 g rozijnen
50 g appelstroop
4 kruidnagels
4 laurierblaadjes
Bereiding
Wrijf de sukadelappen in met zout en peper. Verhit in de snel-
kookpan de boter en bak hierin, in delen, de sukadelappen aan
beide kanten bruin. Fruit in het bakvet de uien goudbruin. Blus
het bakvet af met 600 ml water en los hierin al roerend de appel-
stroop op. Voeg de appelazijn, ontbijtkoek, rozijnen, kruidnagels
en laurierblaadjes toe, maal er nog wat peper over en leg de
sukadelappen in het vocht. Sluit de snelkookpan en breng de pan
onder drukstand 2. Laat het vlees, op een middelhoge pit, in 20
minuten gaar worden. Breng de pan volgens de instructies van
de druk af en open de pan. Neem het vlees uit de pan en roer
de jus glad.

Lekker met gekookte aardappels en wijnzuurkool.
