Pasticcini
Ingredienti:
125 g di burro
125 g di zucchero
1 pacchetto di zucchero vanigliato
1 presa di sale
1 uovo
1 albume
250 g di farina (tipo 405)
1 cucchiaino di polvere lievitante
buccia grattugiata di mezzo limone
Montare il burro a neve. Aggiungere
lo zucchero, lo zucchero vanigliato, la
buccia grattugiata e le uova. Mescolare
la farina, la polvere lievitante e il sale e
incorporarli con un cucchiaio alla pasta.
Fare riposare la pasta per circa 10 minuti.
Lavorare la pasta con il tritacarne provvi-
sto dell’accessorio per pasticcini ¹.
Collocare i pasticcini su una piastra da
forno ricoperta di carta da forno.
Far dorare i pasticcini nel forno preriscal-
dato a 180° C per circa 10-15 minuti.
