Spritsgebak

Ingrediënten:

125 gram boter

125 gram suiker

1 pakje vanillinesuiker

1 mespuntje zout

1 ei

1 eiwit

250 gram meel (type 405)

1 theelepeltje bakpoeder

Geraspte schil van een halve citroen

Klop de boter schuimig. Voeg de suiker,

vanillinesuiker, de geraspte citroenschil

en de eieren toe. Meng het meel, het

bakpoeder en het zout en roer dit met

een pollepel door het deeg. Laat het

deeg ca. 10 minuten rusten. Draai het

deeg door de vleesmolen met het sprits-

gebakhulpstuk ¹. Leg het spritsgebak

op een met bakpapier beklede oven-

plaat.Bak het spritsgebak in de voorver-

warmde oven op 180°C in ca. 10-15

minuten goudgeel.
