The monitor has 3 training modes:
1.- “QUICK START” MODE
This training mode is recommended for
advanced users.
The QUICKSTART option is the default
setting when the machine is switched on (red
coloured letters). Confirm the setting by
pressing “ENTER”.
The monitor will display a central graphic
showing the start position.
Select the frequency, time and amplitude of
the exercise by using keys (B and G),
located on either side of the display, and the
H/L key.
If you wish you can select intermediate time
intervals by pressing the “MORE
or
“LESSkeys located on the bottom right of
the monitor.
Once you have selected these 3 settings
(Time, Amplitude and Frequency) adopt the
training position and press the START
button.
If you press the MENU/STOP key after the
machine has started, the platform will stop,
and by pressing the “MORE
” o “LESS
keys you can raise or lower the exercise
frequency level.
Press the START key to restart the platform
with the new intensity settings.
Shown below is a recommended training
table, to help your body get used to the
vibrations gradually:
Week 1 to 3
Frequency 30Hz. • Amplitude low L.
8 x 30 second sets of vibration with a
30 seconds rest after each set and 4
minutes rest halfway through the
session (after set 4)

Sets that last more than 90 seconds are not
recommended, unless exercising at
minimum frequency and amplitude settings.
Rest times between sets should be at least
equal to exercise times (i.e. 30 seconds
exercise, 30 seconds rest)
Vibration settings of 40-45 Hz are best suited
to people who weigh more than 90 kg, and
high amplitude settings for very fit people.
2- MANUAL MODE
Use the “Up
or “Down keys to select
the MANUAL” setting on the main menu.
Press ENTER to confirm the setting.
