1.1 Orbital motion
This is a gentle massaging movement
which will help to improve blood
circulation. This movement is strongly
recommended for the elderly and to
improve mobility (recovering from
injuries).
You can enjoy huge benefits with a
daily 10 minute session.
1.2 See-saw movement
It is advisable to start using the
platform in manual mode, following the
tables below, this is because the
preset programs operate at high levels
of intensity.
This will ensure that your body
gradually adjusts to this new type of
training, minimizing any possible
discomfort.
It can only be used on consecutive days
but at the minimum settings for
stretching exercises or massage.
We recommend the manual training
mode on alternate days during the first
