• Knees bent, forming an angle of
120º at the back.
• Hold, not grip, the handlebar just
enough to maintain your balance
• Do not place al of your weight on
your heels.
This position allows you to feel
comfortable when using the platform.
If you experience any discomfort
(excessive shaking in the head,
impaired vision) you may need to shift
the weight of your body by lifting you
heels until you find a balance point.
If the above symptoms persist, you
may have to reduce the frequency or
time settings.
There are various positions you can
use to exercise specific parts of the
body, these will be described later on.
It is essential that you begin using the
vibration platform in a gradual fashion,
in order to increase the body’s
tolerance and level of adaptability to
the vibration treatment.
It is advisable to begin with short
sessions (no more than 1 minute and
a low speed level (1-20).

See-saw (Oscillating) motion
system
It produces motion only in the direction
of body’s muscle fibres. It offers an
extremely natural training method (the
same mechanics as walking), which
helps to tone muscles.
Orbital vibration system
It produces a smooth elliptical motion
in the horizontal plane. Highly
recommended for recovery and
people who cannot do intensive
workouts.
Dual fit vibro-oscillating system
This produces the revolutionary "dual
fit" vibro-oscillating motion.
By adding orbital motion to the
traditional rocking motion that vibrating
platforms produce, the muscles are
worked not only longitudinally but also
transversely. This means that it
generates motion in the 3 spatial
planes (tri-axial) It is precisely this
third plane which is vital for:
1.- Working the muscles more
thoroughly (in 3 dimensions)
2.- Dispersing the layer of fat and
providing cells with an oxygen intake,
making it far easier to eliminate
cellulite.
