Once the level and time settings have
been entered, save the data and
remove the USB memory from your
computer.
Insert the USB
memory into the
external USB port
on the monitor.
The characters
shown in the
diagram will
appear.
Press key 20 to
change user.
Press
START/STOP to set the machine in
motion and use the exercises
previously saved to the USB memory.
Press the START/STOP button to stop
the platform.
USE OF THE HAND-GRIP
(PULSE RATE).
On this model the pulse rate is
measured by placing both hands on
the sensors (R), located on the
handlebar, as shown in Figure 3.
Stop the machine by pressing the
START/STOP button, place both
hands on the sensors (R), Fig. 4, the
heart symbol
on the right of the
screen will begin to flash. After a few
seconds your current heart rate will be
displayed.
If both hands are not placed correctly
as shown in Fig. 4 then the pulse
function will not work.

Training variables are 3:
Time: measures in minutes the
duration of the exercise.
Frequency (Intensity): shows the
number of vibrations per second
measured in Hertz
To achieve this it uses 60 intensity
levels in both oscillating and spiral
movements.
In Dual Fit mode you can combine the
60 intensity levels for oscillating motion
with the 60 levels for orbital motion.
Amplitude: Height of each vibration
cycle. Peak displacement measured in
millimetres.
The see-saw vibration system lets you
change the oscillation height by merely
changing the position of your feet on the
platform, so that the further away we are
from the platforms centreline, the greater
the amplitude, see diagram below.
The basic posture when
exercising on the
platform is as follows:
• Hands supported
• Straight back
Feet parallel and
shoulder width apart
