Športniki imajo pogosto še nižji delež telesne maščobe. Odvisno od športa, s katerim se ukvarjajo,
intenzivnosti treninga in telesne zgradbe so pri športnikih lahko ugotovljene vrednosti, ki so še nižje od
navedenih orientacijskih vrednosti.
Vendar pa se kljub temu zavedajte dejstva, da je lahko vaše zdravje ogroženo, če so vaše vrednosti
izjemno nizke.

Delež vode v telesu se običajno giba v naslednjih območjih:
