NOTE:

Automatic timed closing is only possible from the determined

end-of-travel positions (full or partial opening). Automatic

timed closing is deactivated if it fails three times. The operator

must be restarted with an impulse.

Effect of the SE3 protective device as a through-trafﬁc

photocell with automatic timed closing

10 ON The photocell is activated as a through-trafﬁc

photocell, after the photocell has been passed,

the hold-open phase is reduced.

10 OFF

The photocell is not activated as a through-trafﬁc

photocell. If, however, automatic timed closing is

activated and the photocell interrupted after the

hold-open phase has elapsed, the hold-open

phase will be reset to the preset time.
