Does Beko offer replacements?
Th is is a rep air-on ly guarantee. On occasion , the Manufacturer may at its sole discretion, replace your pro duct with a new
product in stead of carrying o ut a repair. Wh ere a rep lacement is offered, this would normally be an identical mod el but wh en
this is not possible, a model of similar specification will be provided. Subject to ag reement, the Manufacturer will cover the
costs and arrange for the delivery of the new product and for the return of the old product. Any costs related to disconnecting
the faulty product and installing the replacement pro duct will not be bo rne by the Manufacturer un less previo usly agreed to in
writing. The original guarantee will continue to apply to the replacement product; the new product will not come with a new
guarantee.
When will the repair take place?
Our Service Represen tatives wo rk Monday to Frid ay 9.00am to 5.00pm. Appointments outside th ese ho urs may be possible at
the sole discretion of the Manufacturer but can no t be guaranteed. Wh ilst our Service Represen tatives will endeavour to
minimize inconvenience and to meet requests for sp ecific timed app ointmen ts, this cannot be g uaranteed . We will not be liable
for delays or if it is unable to carry out a rep air because a conven ient appointment cannot be arranged .
Will there be any charge for the repairs?
It is your responsibility to provide evidence to th e Service Representative that your p roduct is covered by this g uarantee with a
proof o f purchase. Th e Manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the reaso nable cost of any service call if:
You cannot provide evidence that your product is co vered by this g uarantee.
Where a service call has been made and the Service Representative finds that there is no fault with your product.
That your product has not been installed or operated in accordance with the User Instructions Booklet.
That the fault was caused by so mething oth er than faulty materials, defective comp onents o r manufacturing defects.
For missed appointments.
Paymen t of these costs are due immed iately upon the Service Represen tative pro viding you with an invoice. The Manufacturer
reserves th e right to terminate th e guarantee if you fail to pay the costs for the service call in a timely man ner.
If you are a resident o f the United Kingdo m, this guarantee will be governed by Eng lish law an d subject to th e exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts, save where you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case the governing law
and exclusive jurisdiction of th e courts of that country will apply.
If you are resident in the Rep ublic of Ireland, this guarantee will be governed by Irish law and the Irish courts will have
exclusive jurisdiction.

If you have purchased a built-in or integrated appliance, and registered it within 90 days of purchase by completing
the online registration form, then the standard 12 month guarantee will be extended to 24 months, under the same
terms and conditions as detailed in our Standard Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
