Temperatuur: 200°C + Laag stoomniveau
Gebraden kip op mediterrane wijze
400 g aardappelen (klein)
2 preien
2 koolrabi's
1 kip (van ongeveer 1,6
kg), door de slager in 8
stukken gehakt
5 el olijfolie
1 el citroensap
30 g gele kerstomaatjes
12 kappertjes (uitgelekt)
1 bosje basilicum
zout en peper
Was en schil de aardappelen. Kook ze 10 minuten in
water en zout en giet ze af.
Was ondertussen de prei en snijd hem in stukken van
4 cm lang. Schil de koolrabi's en snijd deze in parten.
Doe de aardappelen, de prei en de koolrabi in een
schaal. Voeg de stukken kip toe. Giet de olijfolie en
het citroensap erover en breng op smaak met zout en
peper. Zet de schaal op een bakplaat.
Braad de kip 30-35 minuten met handmatige
combi 200°C+ Laag stoomniveau. Was vervolgens de
kerstomaatjes en doe ze bij het gerecht. Braad nog
eens 10 – 15 minuten.
Strooi vlak voor het einde van de bereidingstijd de
kappertjes en de basilicum over de kip. Maak de
bereidingstijd af en serveer de kip onmiddellijk.
