VARKENSBRAADSTUK MET ZWOERD
Maak insnijdingen in het zwoerd. Wrijf het
vlees goed in met zout en peper. Hak de
kruiden grof en stop ze in de eerder gemaakte
insnijdingen. Bestrijk het vlees met olijfolie en
braad het in de oven.
Laat het vlees op het einde van de bereiding 20
min. rusten in de oven.
Kies uit het menu “RECEPTEN” de
categorie “VLEES” en daarna het recept
“VARKENSGEBRAAD” en bevestig uw keuze.
