Cuocere prodotti finiti surgelati con aria
calda
Durante la cottura di grandi quantità di prodotti surgelati con il tipo di cottura
aria calda, è consigliabile preriscaldare il forno a 250 °C con la tortiera ori-
ginale.
Metta i prodotti congelati (pizze, quiches, cornetti, strudel ecc.) sulle tortiere
calde, quando il forno è stato preriscaldato. Regoli poi la temperatura del forno
tra 180 e 200 °C, a seconda del cibo da cuocere.
Osservazione: Il tempo di cottura necessario deve corrispondere allincirca a
quello indicato sulla confezione. Se necessario correggere la temperatura del
forno.
Essiccare
Usare solo frutta e verdura sana e matura.
Disporre sulla graticola rivestita con carta da forno o sulle tortiere la frutta,
la verdura, i funghi o le erbe pulite, affettate ed ev. bollita.
Con aria calda, si possono utilizzare contemporaneamente fino ad una
graticola e due tortiere.
Inserendo un mestolo o un attrezzo simile tra sportello e forno, lasciare
aperto uno spiraglio di ca. 2 cm.
Girando ad intervalli regolari la frutta o la verdura da seccare, il tempo
dessiccazione si riduce.
