Mains connection
Compare the voltage given on the machine model plate e.g.
230 V with the mains voltage and connect the saw to the
relevant and properly earthed plug
L
Alternating current motor:
Use a shockproof plug, mains voltage 230 V with residual
current circuit breaker and 10 A inert fuses.
Use connection cable or extension cable respectively with a
cross section of at least 1,5 mm².
Daily checks of the PRCD (residual-current-operated
circuit breaker)
The device must be connected via the residual-current-
operated circuit breaker (PRCD).
„Reset“
„Test
Perform this check once in a
day.
When changing the location
no further test is required.
1. Directly plug the PRCD into the outlet (vertical).
2. Press the “Reset” key – you will hear a click and the
indicator panel will light up red.

Before commencing work, ensure the
following:
Workplace tidied?
Is the stone cutter stably mounted?
Check before starting to work whether the rotational
direction of the cutting-off wheel agrees with the rotational
direction indicated by the arrow on the cover hood.
You may not start to operate the machine until you have
read these operating instructions, observed all the
instructions given and installed the machine as described!
Working with the stone cutter
Keep your hands always in a safe distance to the
rotating cutting-off wheel.
Do not start working before the cutting-off wheel has
reached its maximum rotational frequency.
Pay attention to that the cooling water pump washes water
to the cutting-off wheel.
Only workpieces which have been securely mounted and
aligned can be processed.
In any case, adhere to all safety notes (see "Safe
working").
