Replacing cutting off wheel -
1. Loosen the screws (29) and remove the covering cap
(28).
2. Put the ring spanner wrench (36) on the flange and the
installation wrench (35) on the motor shaft end and
loosen the flange (32).
L Left-handed thread!
3. Remove the flange.
4. Now you can remove the cutting-off wheel (33).
5. The installation of the cutting-off wheel is carried out in
reverse order.
L Observe the rotational direction!
6. Fasten the flange tightly.
L Left-handed thread!
7. Screw on the covering cap (28).
Carrying out angle cuts
When performing the adjustment works pay attention to
that the machine is switched off and pull the saw head
backwards.
Adjusting from 0° – 90 °
1. Loosen the star handled nut (14) and turn the angle
stopper (13) until the desired angle is indicated on the
scale (0°- 90°).
2. Refasten the star handled nut in order to fix the adjusted
angle.
3. Put the tile on the stop rail (11) and the angle stopper
(13).
4. Start the machine and wait until the cooling water is
flushed to the cutting-off wheel.
5. Pull the cutting unit (18) by moving the handhold (23)
slowly and constantly through the tile.
6. Switch off the machine after finishing the cut.
Setting of mitre cut (jolly cut)
1. Loosen the set screws (24) on both sides of the machine
and pull then the cutting unit (18) by moving the handhold
(23) to the desired position until the desired angle is
indicated.
2. Refasten the set screws (24).
3. Carry out the cut as described in point „Adjusting from 0°-
90°“.
Maintenance and cleaning
Before each maintenance and cleaning
work
− switch off device
− wait for standstill of the radial tile
cutter
− pull out main plug
For maintaining and cleaning, removed security devices must
unconditionally be mounted properly and proved again.
Use only original parts. Other parts can result in unexpected
damages and injuries.

Observe the following in order to keep the operability of
the radial tile cutter :
Clean and oil all moving parts regularly.
Remove dust and dirt with a cloth or a brush.
Do not clean the machine with running water or high-
pressure cleaners.
Do not use solvents for the synthetic parts (petrol, alcohol,
etc.) as these can damage the synthetic parts.
Clean the collecting trough and the cooling water pump
after each application in order to guarantee the cooling of
the cutting-off wheel.

Never use any grease!
Use for instance environmentally acceptable spray oil.
Transport
Remove the mains plug before each
transport.

Transport the radial tile cutter only when the cutting unit
is fixed:
Loosen the star handled nuts of the stopper (17).
Push transportation locks to the cutting device (18).
Refasten the star handled nuts.
That's how you avoid injuries on the hands.
Storage
Remove the mains plug
from the socket.
Store unused equipment in a dry, locked place out of the
reach of children.
Before a longer storage observe the following in order to
prolongate the service life of the machine and to guarantee
a smooth running operation:
− thoroughly clean the machine
− treat all movable parts with an environmentally friendly
oil
