c) Die ICS-Funktion

Die ICS-Funktion (Intelligent Cooking System) wird Ihnen Ihre Arbeit um vieles

vereinfachen, da der Backofen, je nach ausgewählter Speise automatisch die

Garparameter (Temperatur, Gardauer, Garart) berechnet. Dies erfolgt durch

elektronische, im Backofen vorhandene Fühler, die ständig den Feuchtigkeitsgrad

und die Temperaturschwankungen messen.

BETRIEBSWEISE DER ICS-FUNKTION :

Diese Garart findet in 2 Phasen statt :

1) Eine Suchphase: der Backofen fängt an zu heizen und bestimmt gleichzeitig

die ideale Gardauer. Diese Phase dauert, je nach Gericht, zwischen 5 und 40

Minuten.

a. Den Wählschalter drücken, "ICS" wählen und bestätigen.

b. Der Backofen schlägt Ihnen eine Liste mit

12 Gerichten vor: den Schalter drehen, um die

Gerichte nacheinander anzuzeigen,

· Gesalzene Torte

· Rinderbraten

· Schweinebraten

· Hühnchen

· Lamm

· Fisch

· Gefülltes Gemüse

· Gezuck.Torte

· Kuchen

· Kekse

· Auflauf
